01 / AboutPrague, Czech Republic
Director of films, commercials and internet things watched by a frankly unreasonable number of people.
I’m Vojta, a 34-year-old film director based in the Czech Republic. I studied directing at FAMU in Prague. My short films — including Symphony, Shoot, Altruist and The Pit — have received awards and screened worldwide.
Alongside fiction, I create commercials and online formats that have reached hundreds of millions of views. I love telling stories in unexpected ways, with a soft spot for satire, dark humor and looking at familiar things from a different angle. I’m currently developing new fiction projects.
